I’ve been the artist, making a record, sending off comments to the mix engineer, hoping they get it right. I know how to approach a mix from the artist’s perspective, and I’ll make it right.

Audio production has been part of the development of my music career through the majority of my adult life. It started with some of the production for Staring Back, one of my earlier bands, and became a passion during the years I spent playing lead guitar in Yellowcard. From when I joined the band in 2005 until we ended in 2017, I had the opportunity to produce and mix various pieces of music for Yellowcard including many b-sides and a full length acoustic album, as well as some producing and mixing for other artists.

During this time, I was able to further confirm how much I love mixing and I decided I wanted to pursue it when the band ended. My experience making music as an artist puts me in a unique and advantageous position as a mix engineer, as I know exactly how to approach a mix from the perspective of the artist. I pride myself in being communicative, cooperative, and eager to make sure the artist's vision is being fully realized.

Below are some examples of mixes I’ve done over the years across various styles. I’d love to discuss mixing your record, single, demo, or any other piece of music you might have. Write me!
